In order to create a Facebook event page, you can create it in two ways either on a Facebook page or on your timeline. So to create an event via a Facebook page, first you need have to a Page or if you don’t have one you can create one. Once you are done with the creations of the page is to now create an event. Here are a few steps to follow
How To Create a Facebook Event
- Login to Facebook
- Click on Events on the left side of the screen and select the option of your choice whether to create a Private or a Public Event. (I.e. if you are on a web version using a laptop or desktop and on mobile tap on the three horizontal button at the right-hand side of the screen )
- Next is to add an Event Photo or Video and then enter the event name, location, frequency, date and time
- Scroll down to add a little Description about the event, for people to know what type of event you’re hosting and what to expect.
- Finally, Click on the Create Button
How to Create a Private Event
To create a private event you still have to follow the above instructions, all you have to do is to select create a private event and follow the basic steps we have discussed earlier.
