Tecno Spark 3 Full Specification price and availability

Tecno has added other new spark smartphone to their spark series which is the Tecno Spark 3 the Spark 3 was launched alongside with Tecno Spark 3 Pro which is the upgraded version of Spark 3. Though looking at both phones they look similar but come with some different features. The Spark 3 features a notch design display, a 3,500mAh battery size with a dual back camera.

Tecno Spark 3 Design And Display

Unlike the Spark 2 which has a 6.0-inch display, the Tecno Spark 3 comes with an upgraded massive 6.2-inch notch display which you cannot find on Spark 2. The body of the phone is made of plastic and is available in Red, Black, Gold

When you turn to the back of the device you will see the dual camera set up at the top left-hand side of the phone. Note that dual camera is only available for the 2GB RAM version while the 1GB RAM only features a single back camera setup which is position at the top left corner of the phone.

Tecno Spark 3 Camera

The Tecno Spark 3 camera setup is based on RAM the device comes in 1GB RAM and 2GB of RAM. The 1GB RAM version comes with a single back camera of 13MP and 8MP selfie camera while the 2GB RAM version feature a dual back camera of 13MP + 2MP with a single selfie camera of 8MP camera. Both versions all have a LED Flash attached to it.

Hardware and Software

As we have earlier seen that the device is based on RAM size. The 1GB RAM version uses a MediaTek MT6580 SoC with a Quad-Core Processor which clocks speed of 1.3GHz while the 2GB version uses Mediatek MT6761 Helio A22 SoC.

Both versions share the same size of internal storage of 16GB which can be expandable through the use of mircoSD card. Both versions have its different operating system version, for the 1GB version runs on Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition) will the 2GB version runs on the latest Android 9.0 Pie. Both versions use the Tecno HIOS Skin.

Tecno Spark 3 Battery and Network Connectivity

The device with a 3,500mAh non-removable battery, unfortunately, both version doesn’t support a fast-changing technology. As for the network connectivity, it supports a 3G network noting is said about the 4G LTE network.

Other connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Portable Hotspot, GPS, 3.5mm jack for earpieces and a micro USB port for charging and sharing of files.

Tecno Spark 3 Price and Availability

Tecno Spark 3 is currently available in local and online stores in Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana. The Tecno Spark 3 will be selling at a price of N36,000 to 40,000 in Nigeria and about Ksh 10,000 to Ksh 12000 in Kenya while GHc 570 in Ghana for the 1GB RAM version while the 2GB version will go for GHc 530 in Ghana while it will go for N43,000in Nigeria and Ksh 12,500 in Kenya.
